Brenda's escrow system, milestone-based contracts, and transparent dispute process exist because we believe the relationship between a freelancer and a client should be built on mutual confidence — not crossed fingers.

Brenda was founded with a clear frustration: the freelance industry was full of platforms that charged high fees, hid their processes, and treated independent talent as an afterthought. I built Brenda to be different — a marketplace where the system is on your side, not working against you.
Every product decision at Brenda comes back to one principle: if it doesn't serve freelancers or clients better, we don't build it. I'm proud of the platform we've created and the community that has grown around it — and we're just getting started.
